Yes hun I do too. Cold sweats or chills are part of menapause apparently 🙈 I get headaches too but could be because I don’t drink enough water sometimes and my whole body aches I just want to sit or lie down all day long some days and not move. I feel good on week 2-3 then when due jab I feel terrible I just want the permanent option done xx
