Does Anyone Have Endo-specific Yoga/workout Resources?

Also have PCOS so moving is really important but my ability to do so has declined quite a bit over the last year :( Even really gentle movement that can maybe be done before a flare-up would be great, at least I will be doing something and can hopefully slowly build up tolerance again.

I find that walking helps me a lot. Nothing too intense, just light daily walks.

Hiya! I found the YouTube channel yogayin. she comes up as pre post natal and fertility yoga but also has some videos for endo and pcos and other gynae things. There’s lots to choose from and she’s also very lovely. Hope it helps!

Thank you! Just to share I've since also found this quite gentle one I'm able to do while PMSing and really feels like it's helping to open up my hips and pelvic area. Am trying to do it multiple times a week https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P0hP3ySMsRA
