But regarding the pain the pelvic lymphatique massage really helped so much also a massage called maderotherapie is a new technique
I haven't figured out food-specific stuff yet, but I've found that sleeping better has done WONDERS for my bloating. I believe it has something to do with cortisol regulation (based on a lot of googling haha). I felt like my stomach was actually empty and I was properly hungry this past week for the first time in months! I've been doing a routine for about two and a half weeks now. If nothing else, I feel better-rested on nights the pain isn't waking me up and feel a bit more in control of my health.
I have been implementing a 30 minute nighttime routine where I can with the basic premise that I drink chamomile tea, don't look at screens for that time and then listen to a "sleepcast" on the headspace app. When I'm too tired/in pain to be able to do all of that I make adjustments and prioritise the tea and headspace.
For quick bloating relief, I can't recommend this tea enough (this is from a nutritionist not google!): Boil 250 mls water in a saucepan w 1/4 tsp cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp carom seeds, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, 1/4 tsp ginger for 5-7 minutes. Then add in 2-3 drops of lemon juice.
