I’ve always gotten this, but it has gotten so much worse in the past few months. I struggle to describe it. My stomach gets so tight and it feels like the inside is pressing out. It almost feels like gas pain but it’s different I just can’t describe it. But it makes me feel sick. I get it every time I flare up now.

I totally changed my diet to be gluten and dairy free which has really helped me day to day. I also take anti bloat supplements (https://ovira.com/products/bloat-control) and magnesium which has been really helpful.
