Hi, I’m Thai so please excuse my english in advance. I’m only 19 years old and I took Yasmin for 2-3 years ago for cramps pain but the pain didn’t go away at all. So my doctor prescribed me Visanne bc she said I have endometriosis. I’ve only taken it for 24 days now and according to my past cycle my period should come know

Visanne is not a contraceptive pills. Use condom if you dont want to get pregnant. And yes, visanne can make your period delay/stop. Sometimes spotting occurs.
You are also safe with vissane. You wont get pregnant. Took this for 4 months. We didnt have any control. I didnt get pregnant and my doctor also confirmed, you wont get pregnant with vissane.
Periods cycle gets delayed because of this medication. I have been on this medication and I have not been getting periods since 4 months. Si visaane delays the periods.
