Hello, I'm 31years old from philippines suffering with this 11cm (right ovary) and 8cm (left ovary) endometriosis. Is it really possible to get pregnant without getting surgery? I'm so stress with this, i really want to have baby 😭

Diagnostic with endometriosis stage 4 en 2018 when i had surgery for a fibroid. Doctors said it was looking bad that i need IVF. Got pregnant naturally after trying for 7 months today i have a 2 year old . There is hope ☺️
I got pregnant 3 time and my last baby took longer. But I did I also got pcos ovaries cyst.
