Is it really that much of a change if I switch to eating more healthy?
YES YES YES. I went mostly gluten and dairy free and it was a gamechanger
Absolutely! You definitely feel the difference!
I have a friend who has a lot of diagnosis endo, colitis, cystic fibrosis, she changed her lifestyle and diet, she didnt take not even a single pill to get better. And she doesnt have any pain now. Its been like more than 10yrs
I changed my diet too. Ive cut out red meat, dairy, gluten, coffee, sodas, milk tea, most of the juices… im on my first month, i lost 8lbs of weight within 3 weeks.. and i will continue to do this. In 5 months i will have ultrasoubd again, i hope it will make a huge difference
For me, caffeine, beef set it off. Whole milk, tofu, any and all vegan foods. Cause tofu is natural estrogen , but not good for endometriosis patients. The purple yam is safe as estrogen replacement. Does not flare me up. Others who've told me they began amberen, or even the purple yam, they say the same. No adverse reactions. Tofu, is very very hard on nodes with endometriosis.
