Thank you Aimee 💛
I ended up having awful gallstones a few years after my endo was treated. It led to sudden and acute chest pain. If you haven’t ruled that out yet, it may be worth checking out. I felt much better once my gallbladder was removed in terms of chest pain and the doctors I saw did mention that being on some of the birth control/hormone treatments prescribed for endo may also cause a higher incidence of gallstones. Hope you feel better soon.
I have similar neck and back pain and I also usually lie on one of those massage balls when it gets bad. When it is unbearable I sleep with them under my back.
My right can flare up worse as well
Sorry to hear that Steph, but thank you for sharing.
My neck pain is chronic and worse in flares too.
Sorry the massage didn’t work.
Mine is always achy, but myofascial release helps some. I guess that’s sort of the same, self massage. Most of the time I just lay on a mat with a yoga block at the occipital ridge or sides. My right side is the worst.
