I feel the same, did a laparoscopy but the bloating and pain only got worse. I just found out that the endo was not totally removed (i guess so they don't hurt other organs) but I'm guessing based on your symptoms you could have bowel endometriosis, or the ovarian endometriosis is pressing on the intestines. This is what doctors told me at least. My suggestion is to find a specialist and try to find solutions before it gets worse. What soothes me the most is camomille or anise tea and a heating bottle. I've just started taking Visanne and a Zoladex shot, was told the pain would go away in a month. Sending you hugs and wishing you the best on your journey 💛

If I could type yes a million times I would. I hate it! I found that a heating pad helps, going gluten and dairy free helped, and mostly taking magnesium and Ovira Bloat Control (https://ovira.com/products/bloat-control) are the only things that help.
