How Do You Deal With Severe Endo Fatigue?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I’m constantly exhausted. Doesn’t matter how much I sleep. I take sleeping pills at night and I still wake up tired. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m struggling a lot especially at work. Any advice

@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member - I’m sorry to hear. I’ve gone through Endo fatigue (and poor sleep hygiene) but over time I’ve made good progress and feel less tired.

Here are some things I do to help me get a good rest:

1. take Magnesium glycinate 2. apply castor oil pack to help lower inflammation and while applying it, I play calming music. 3.Warm bath with essential oils and Magnesium bath salt is one of my favourites.
4. Massage therapy helps with relaxation
5. Gentle yoga also helps
me to relax

These may not work for everyone, as all our bodies are different. Try a few different things if you can and see what you feel works for you.

Hi babe, take magnesium every single day for the rest of your life ar 5pm 🙏 do your best to workout even if is 20 minutes, this will increase certain neurotransmitters in your brain which will help you to sleep and have energy also. Working out will change your life, stay consistent, eat healthy and have coffee just 1 a day if you really need caffeine. Wish you well

I am also facing terrible fatigue, I am also very weak constantly. I am staying on a healthy diet and walking alot. But on mornings, the fatigue is unbearable. I was adviced to eat alot of fruits and protein, due to my body, it does help at times. Check your overall health and if you can, vitamin d and eating healthy can help. I say this because everyone's body is different as we are facing so many issues.
