I have really bad hip pain. The physio said it is where my groin is so tense from the constant pain and cramping. I do find hip opener exercises help, but only on the lower pain days. If I try and do them when things are really bad, it just gets worse.

I had extreme hip pain. It slowly went away about 6 months after my excision surgery. I still have some flare ups. TENS machine helps, as well as making sure I have proper vitamins like B complex, magnesium, COQ10-things that work for muscles.

How are they going to help you? 🀍 Is it endo β€œtissue” in your hips or endo in your uterine area putting pressure on your hips?

Yes it can. I have the same issue. Confirmed recently with my pelvic MRI and my Endo specialist.
