Diet and lifestyle has a lot to do with how our body function. It’s has happen to me several times.
Dairy, gluten, sugar are not our friends at all.
Celery, watermelon, cucumbers, restructured water, pure ginger and fresh squeezes lime has made a significant change for me in managing it. Hot water with fresh squeezed organic lemon first thing in the morning. Rest and stay super hydrated has significantly has helped me.

Finds a doctor who’s experienced with endo patients and cares and don’t pretend to care.

And still currently looking for doctors out where I live at we really care about their patient so far hasn't been great for me on that one hopefully soon I'll have some better updates thank you everyone yourself nice and cool in these hot days take care
