I use magnesium gel and rub it on my calves and tops of feet since the research studies I’ve read say that magnesium absorbs best through the skin, not by taking a pill. It’s very relaxing, too. I've found magnesium gel at most grocery stores. Sometimes it’s by the massage oils. I hope you find some!
