Yes, long term but finally on a new prescription and it has been 3 weeks new medication, and I have noticed a difference.

I've been prescribed progesterone (bioidentical, not progestin like birth control). That has helped a lot, but I still have attacks with insomnia around ovulation.

Yes, after all the surgies I started getting panic and anxiety attacks. As of this month I am on 2 kinds of medicine and it has helped so much. Some may make your drowsy becareful. Tell your Dr about your symptoms.
