I get this too, often aching in my thighs tells me a bigger episode is coming. Yoga helps the most in the bigger picture, even 10 minutes a few times a week. I follow a youtuber who has some nice short practices that focus on this area. I really like massage therapy but I don't find that it has a lasting effect, it's just very nice during.
