I have endometriosis as well as adhesions disease and ovarian remnant syndrome.
I have a Velcro waist trainer/back support. I'm a caretaker so I'm bending and reaching a lot and it really helps but you just got to make sure to put it on before you start doing stuff. Also keep up on your anti-inflammatory pills.
Yes, mine goes around into my lower back as well as my hips and it almost makes me feel like I won't be able to move my legs and it can feel like your soo stiffening, can the pain be managed to ever be able to work again bc Ive just went through surgery to remove endometriosis and a horrible ovary from my pelvis area laproscopic and there will be moments I think Im ok and others if I over due anything at home even trying to make a bed or bend over I feel it bad.
Yes i call it lighting shock its thr worst but typically it only happens a couple of times a day for like a min or two and then gose away im pretty sure the reasson i get that is because i have three dents within my cul de sac because my endo is deeply inflitrating instead of growing more towards surface leval anyways i dont just get it towards the pelvis i get it near my bum bum as well look up lighting shock near pevlic or vigina it will explain how to handle it what to do and steps you should take
Yes, severe pelvic pain that limits movement is a common symptom of endometriosis. This pain occurs because endometrial tissue grows where it shouldn't, such as on the ovaries, fallopian tubes, and other reproductive organs. The pain can be so intense that it disrupts daily activities and makes it difficult to move.
