My deepest apologies if this is too much information. Slippery elm is known to cause contractions, though if consumed orally, may not be as bad.

I will continue to keep you in my prayers.

Have you tried probiotics? I find that it helps me a lot. I am also mindful with my diet. I noticed that for me, my gastric issues are mainly refluxes and foods that are acidic in nature, like tomatoes, chillies, caffeine etc makes it worse. So I make an effort to cut down on that and it helps. Oh and Manuka Honey really helps a lot! It works for me. Its scientifically proven to be beneficial for gastric issues. Take w room temp water. Or just a spoonful neat.
Let me know how it goes. God bless! Said a little prayer for you! 😊

I've been on mirena for 1.5 years . Praise be to God that so far, the experience has been good. I believe the endometriosis is the one that caused my gastric reflux issues, and after the excision surgery and mirena, the pain has significantly been reduced. Mirena without excision surgery will not help. You need both.
At least that is what my doctor told me, did for me and it has helped me tremendously. I prayed and God sent me this doctor. I needed excision for my intestines and rectum area. Honestly im still scared it may come back, but im thankful for each day that goes by painfree.
