During laparascopy for endometriosis diagnosis, had anyone known to be diagnosed with lupus also?

Sorry for this question. I am fighting the gp to diagnose me with lupus aswell and I have been turned away by a rheumatologist who didnt want to know me. I know it takes a while to diagnose lupus at the best of times. Its just most other symptoms I have lead to lupus aswrll as fibromyalgia endometriosis etc xx
