I’m having this pain today that feels like my insides are ripping in half when I stand up or lean too far back or twist. It’s kind of near my hip/lower pelvic area. It happens sometimes and I normally just try to wait it out. I wish I didn’t have to but I honestly just don’t know what to do because nothing ever helps just time until it goes away. I’m sad and frustrated because I can’t do anything I needed to today if I can’t stand up straight.
I have this feeling quite often and now understand that it's the adhesions in my pelvis. I have obliterated cul-de-sac, meaning my bowel, rectum, vaginal wall, and uterus/ovaries (before I had them removed) were all fused together. I'm currently waiting to schedule surgery to separate my organs and have the adhesions removed. I started pelvic floor therapy about a week ago and my PT has been teaching me some breathing techniques to help me to learn to relax my muscles. My pelvic floor and pelvic muscles are always so tense in anticipation of pain and that tends to make things worse. I hope that you find relief from your pain soon!
Heat in the moment helps, but regular stretching or light Yoga will midgait it long term.
Gas bloating pain and adsions pain feels like a my insides are getting carved. I know what a pumpkin 🎃 feels like bc dealing with the same thing but 24/7 365 days a year not just the Halloween season. The pumpkin is so lucky only once a year feeling like crap.
