I’m trying to find an app to track my symptoms. I tried a few a while back and couldn’t find any I liked so I started making and printing my own pages and keeping them in a binder but that’s a lot of work and I have to do all my own analysis with no guidance. I’d prefer a free one but at this point I would pay for one too if it was helpful.

Hello, seeing your post was a few months ago I hope you found an app you like! But if you haven't I use Clue to track my cycle. I utilize the free version and find it to be pretty good, but there is a paid version and I always see deals for it. Here is the website if you are (or anyone) is interested: https://helloclue.com/
I've never done that but it sounds like a good idea. My problem seems to be getting worse
