I didn’t get any help from a chiropractor I saw. However not all are the same. I did see a pelvic floor therapist. If you have significant adhesions from surgery or endometriosis then I could be… read more

Truthfully, it feels like a regular massage. The woman who does mine asks how soft/hard obviously and then where I want it focused too obviously. She has certain training. Insurance pays for it. It's… read more

Lower Left Back Pain

Lower Left Back Pain

Does anyone experience lower left back pain? If so, how do you relieve it? I have tried Naproxen, but it is not touching the pain at all. I booked a massage for tonight, and I'm praying that helps.

Thanks :)

Anyone Have Experience With Vulvadynia?

I have been diagnosed with vulvdynia for over a year now and am still trying treatment. Anyone have this and have had treatment for it? What medications/treatment options did you pursue?

Compound creams can help but are expensive. Im doing oral gabapentin right now to try and decrease my overall pain including the issue you have as well. Injections are an option and hormone creams.

Problems With Bleeding Through My Mirena IUD

Problems With Bleeding Through My Mirena IUD

I have been bleeding despite having my hormonal IUD for three months now, usually around two weeks at a time. It's a very, very heavy flow with many clots coming through. I would say the IUD (Mirena) worked to keep my bleeding to only random spotting for about five months when it's supposed to work somewhere between 2-3 years. My ob/gyn had a vaginal ultrasound done on me and the IUD has not moved or punctured anything. That was our first concern. Now she's saying surgery (which will be my… read more

What Has Helped With Urinary Frequency/urgency?

What Has Helped With Urinary Frequency/urgency?

It seems like since my hysterectomy in November, this has gotten worse. The presurgical urinary issues were said to be due to the large mass that was in my pelvis pressing on everything. after surgery, it has gotten worse to the point where i am constantly just short of an "accident" especially when i travel despite emptying my bladder prior to leaving work. ( i have a 45- 1 hr commute one way). It becomes painful (lower pelvis). I read in my OR report there's scar tissue all around my ureters… read more

What Steps Should I Take Before Stopping Visanne?

What Steps Should I Take Before Stopping Visanne?

In May of 2020 I found out my first pregnancy at 30yrs old was not going to be viable and at 10weeks I had emergency surgery for a ruptured ectopic. I lost my baby, along with my left tube. The surgeon confirmed the suspicion I’ve had for years… endometriosis. I was prescribed Visanne and sent on my way. My GP has not been helpful and I’ve had to look for information of my condition elsewhere. I’m now hoping to start trying again but am truly terrified. I know going off of the pill, especially… read more

Has Anyone Had Pelvic Floor/ Endo Massage? I Am Really Struggling And Cannot Find Help. I Live In CT

Has Anyone Had Pelvic Floor/ Endo Massage? I Am Really Struggling And Cannot Find Help. I Live In CT

I have lower back /hip / spine/ sacral pain. Severe pain. Dealing with this for more than 25 years has taken a toll on my mind body and spirit. I am really having a difficult time. I do not take pain meds, not much has helped. I have tried massage , acupuncture, chiropractic care, yoga, stretching, physical therapy, rest, ice, heat, pain meds, back injections from a orthopedic surgeon. Did I miss anything!?!?
