Does anyone on here have endo in the abdominal wall / rectus muscle after c section? I really need some advice. So much pain the last couple weeks. I have tried hormone therapy and hate it. I elected not to have it removed as I don't want mesh. Don't know what other options are available. Hoping to get a second opinion somewhere that they specialize in this. Thank you!
I'm looking for a good heating pad that's electric (or battery operated) and I can unplug and it be hot for a long time, that velcros around my waist. Any suggestions?
I have an awesome hot water bottle but it's not really practical to walk around with it on.
Thanks in advance !
It's been almost a year now that I have been having pain on/around my right ovary. Ultrasound and all other tests were normal, so the next step is a Laparoscopy. I've had abdominal pain for years, so when my gyno suggested endo, I finally thought I had an answer to my issues! After insurance it's going to cost over $4,000 upfront! I've used an electric and microwave heating pad extensively to deal with endometriosis pain in my low back. Now the skin in that area is darker and blotchy. Is this something to be concerned about?

Except for one tiny spot, I had no other lesions at the time of my second surgery in May.
I noticed I’… read more
When I was in physical therapy for my knee they used this on me and it helped. I was thinking of buying one in Amazon they are only about 30 dollars. So I am wondering if anyone has tried it and if it helps. I'm desperate. And if not what is some cheap alternatives. Thank you
Is it difficult or cumbersome to use? I am considering buying one. Is there any style or brand you would recommend?
I was wondering if anyone experiences insomnia (trouble falling asleep) and/or night panic attacks?
I've noticed the insomnia and night panic attacks are especially worse right before my menstrual cycle.
Doctors immediately think anxiety, but I'm not entirely sure due to the timing of it.
The night panic attacks usually happen when I'm asleep for about an hour or so and I suddenly wake up and feel like something… read more
