Has anyone ever taken the desogestrel pill whilst on the jaydess coil?

Has anyone ever taken the desogestrel pill whilst on the jaydess coil?

Hello,
I haven’t been on here for a while, I had a laparoscopy in November 2017 to remove endometriosis, it worked. They described it as ‘coating the back of the womb like cling film’ but reassured me it worked and fitted the Jaydess coil to try and help my hormones to hopefully prevent it coming back anytime soon. The plan was that I stay with jaydess for 3 years and then go on the Mirena for 5. My pains came back in the last few months and I… read more

Endometrioma on bowel

Endometrioma on bowel

Hi all. I had a 3cm endometrioma connected to my bowel and vaginal wall. I was put on zoladex for 12mnths to try to shrink it but didn’t work as well as my specialists hoped. Then I had the endometrioma sergically removed. With this they had to take some of my vaginal wall and some of my bowel leaving me with a temporary ileostomy. I had the ileostomy reversal on the 16th of October. I’m now experiencing really bad pain due to my last surgery. I was wondering if any of you on this page have… read more

Endometriosis on cervix and pelvic walls

Endometriosis on cervix and pelvic walls

Does anyone know if you can have bladder symptoms with endometriosis growing on your cervix or pelvic side walls??? I did have 2 TINY pieces on my bladder but I wouldn't think that would cause severe symptoms

Two catheters-then they fill up the bladder while monitoring the muscles through those catheters to see how the muscles are functioning.

Please recommend suppliments for fatigue

Please recommend suppliments for fatigue

I am on Visanne, been taking it for the past 3 months. Whilst I have a number of side-effects the most prominent is the fatigue. I am tired all the time.

I am only seeing my doctor on the 6th of March - can anyone recommend a suppliment just to keep me awake during office hours?

Does mirena work

Hi just wondering if anyone as had endo grow back whilst using mirena?
I'm new to endo although i would of had it for years as always had sympto ms I only got diagnosed March last year.
I had endo stage 4 removed November last year. I had mirena put in to help with pain periods and to stop it growing back. 10th month later I've started with dull aches very bloated tummy on flair up days all same symptoms. Except no period only spotting due to mirena.

I liked my mirena although I had some scans and was aware that it hadn't helped reduce the cyst on my ovary.

Mirena during lap

Mirena during lap

Hey guys, I'm 19 and recently got diagnosed in January. My doctor suggested I get the mirena whilst getting my lap done in August. Iv read so many horror stories and also so many feel good stories. I'm so undecided, I want this pain to end. Will it be worth it in the long run?
My doctor also said it will make sex easier as currently it's super painful? Not sure if that's true?
Help!
Thanks :)

Has anyone not had their period whilst taking valette?

Has anyone not had their period whilst taking valette?

I had a Laparoscopy in march were I had stage 1 and 2 endo removed. I was then put on valette. It worked perfectly with no spotting and my first period was on the first day of the sugar pill with significantly less pain. I skipped the next 2 periods. I started my sugar pills 7 days ago and on 2 of the days I had a small amount of spotting and that is all. Is this normal for this pill? Prior to taking valette I had never had a missed period..

Anyone get pregnant whilst experiencing heavy brown spotting/ bleeding during ovulation?

Anyone get pregnant whilst experiencing heavy brown spotting/ bleeding during ovulation?

I was diagnosed with stage IV endo about 12 yrs ago. I have 2 children, DD was conceived via IVF, then got pregnant naturally 1yr later with a DS. I'd love to have one more child but my endo symptoms have come back with a vengeance in the last 6 months. My main symptom is horrible ovulation pain and mid/heavy brown discharge during ovulation. I'm worried this discharge will interfere with conception. Has anyone had… read more
