Does anyone ever use estrace cream and it flares their endometriosis?? Also, has anyone had endo growing on their cervix after a hysterectomy? And if so, what symptoms did you have?
Also, for herbs, stinging nettle is great for overall support. It’s loaded with vitamins and minerals. Red raspberry leaf tea, milk thistle or dandelion support the liver which help support your body… read more

What are NHS waiting lists like?
Hopefully I can get a couple of different answers for this one as I know locations can vary
How long do you have to wait for surgery approximately from the date you were referred?
And if it were cancelled, how long more do you have to wait?
And specifically anyone using London hospitals, but even if it's not London, please do let me know still so I can try to get an idea
Thank you!
Thank you 😌
One good thing about it is were not alone! x
Embrace the pillow, literally! Find a pillow, blanket, bolster, puppy, etc. that you can hug close to your abdomen when the pain flares up. The compression and warmth help. Be kind, go slow, and write… read more
I'm not talking about recovery pain from the surgery. I mean has anyone still had the same awful pain they were having prior to surgery after? I'm 3 months out from my surgery and I'm getting the same stabbing pain I had before. I guess I was under the impression that if I had surgery it would talk care of the pain for a little while. And I guess 3 months is a "little while" but I was hoping it would be for a lot longer.
Thank you all for responding. I went in yesterday and they found 2 more endometriomas on my right ovary again. Now I'm not sure if they were miss when the surgeon was in there or if they have both… read more
Did anyone end up experiencing spotting or old/brown blood after having a laparoscopy, either, when you never had it before, or it got worse from before?
Anytime ❤️ much love Stace xxx
I am on the Estradiol transdermal system twice weekly for menopause symptoms due to having a complete hysterectomy. I was informed the hysterectomy would correct the pelvic pain, back and abdominal pain I was having due to the endometriosis. I was also informed the endometriosis would not grow back by having the hysterectomy. Was I lied to?
I work in a corporate office setting with typical cubical seating and office attire dress code. Lately I’ve been having a lot of flare ups on work days, leading to anxiety and stress. I often leave halfway through the shift to go home to change into less restrictive clothing and to use a heating pad. I was just curious if anyone has experienced similar situations and if you discussed this with HR? I did speak to HR and they said to take time off or go to a part-time position for flexibility. Has… read more
Thank you for the advice. I need to speak with HR again to address this now that I know more.
Hello, I wanted to speak to people that have been diagnosed and how they knew it was endo. I've been going to the doctor due to lower left abdomen pain that has been going on for a year. Some days it's worse than others but when on my period the pain in my entire uterus and rectum is really extremely bad (for about 5 years now) It doesn't feel like cramps and sometimes I feel like I'm going to faint or like something is trying to come out of my because of the shooting pains but now my lower left… read more
I hope they find some answers for me when I see the surgeon. She's also an endomitriosis specialist so I'm really hoping they do everything they can to figure out what's wrong with me. I'm tired of… read more
