Diagnosed with endo about six years ago, have always had heavy very painful periods but over the last few months it’s gotten much worse, can’t move my first few days, extreme bleeding (a super tampon +) every half hour to hour or so and a lot of pain going down my lower back into legs. Got an ultra sound and have a 4 cm cyst which doc says looks to be an complex endometrioma *chocolate cyst* with extensive internal echos on ultra sound which I’ve read means when you get these it means your endo… read more
Hey ya'll, just started taking Visanne for bad endo pain
Have had hormonal acne ever since I can remember, and it got pretty bad when I was around 25. I haven't taken any medication for endo or acne previously. It usually flares up about a week before my period and along the jawline/cheeks, usually cystic in nature
Wondering if Visanne has helped anyone with their previous acne problems as well as pain?
My Gyno says it might help, but if it worsens I may not continue.. it has been so long… read more
Hello! I finally found a doctor after 8 years who will be doing a laparoscopy for me to determine if I 100% have Endometriosis. As of right now, I have every symptom in the book and I have a family history of Endo, but my ultrasound came back negative. I'm wondering if anyone else has run into a clean ultrasound but was still diagnosed with Endometriosis? I've read (and my doctor has said) that there's a very good chance that I still have it even though it didn't show up, but I honestly feel… read more

I'm brand new on here, 45 with pain in my ovaries, uterus, and whole abdominal cavity. I had and ultra sound and CTS. That showed fibriods, cycts and possible endometriosis. But the pain near my diaphragm is odd. Im currently not on any medication what should my next steps be?
Hello! I am having trouble finding pain medications that actually works to relieve pain. I have used narcotics in the past but those just make me sick. Ibuprofen and naproxen occasionally work but I need something that works! Any suggestions??
I went to an acupuncturist for the first time and she told me that since technology is growing that they can now see endo through ultra sound? Is that true? during my diagnosis laproscopy I was told that there was endo on a tendon that they couldn't safely remove, but through every recent MRIs and ultra sounds they find nothing... Is she just misinformed?
Has anyone been on Tramadol (Ultram) and am experiencing hot flashes, sweats and drowsiness but am unable to actually fall asleep. I had been prescribed it before, but the dose was so low that it did absolutely nothing, so this is new to me. . . .Thanks in advance!
I’ve had a laparoscopy 10 years ago at the age of 20 and been on the pill ever since to prevent my endo (9 cm) from coming back. Recently, I went from Brevicon, to Lolo and now Marvelon which is causing some breakthrough bleeding during intercourse, spotting, heavier period, and intense breast tenderness. I asked my doctor to put me back on Brevicon since it had a lot less side effects (hair thinning and unstable cortisol level) but unfortunately it is back ordered at the moment. So he discussed… read more
Has anyone tried this pills? And if yes did it work well? I was in Vissane for 4mo then after finding out frm my recent MRI that I have 2 new cyst (5cm and 3cm) plus tons of pelvic adhesions and dilated small bowel..my OB decided to take me out frm Vissane and take this Lactevenor instead.
To be honest, I am totally devastated with my MRI result since I just had my lap last January and my doctor said im "free" from endo..then exacrtly 3 mo after I went back to his clinic complaining of the same… read more
