I have 2 endometriomas on my left ovary. I was scheduled to have them removed next week but the hospital cancelled my surgery due to the guidelines for the Coronovirus right now. Since my surgery is postponed I’m taking this time to do a lot of research. I’m learning excision is the best method. My symptoms are not getting better. Nothing seems to be helping. My symptoms are so severe all of the doctors I have seen want me to have a Hysterectomy. Hi everyone! I am 25 and have learnt i have endometrioma in my left ovarian (4cm) and high CA125 level, my doctor wants me on Visanne. I have read so many side effects and therefore i couldnt dare taking Visanne.. I am on Yasmin contraceptive pill instead. My mother told me she also had endometriosis when she was few years older than me and even with endometrioma in one ovarian, she could get pregnant and give birth to my sister.. I was diagnosed with stage 4 pelvic endometriosis

I am currently a stage 4 endo sufferer who has had more than her share of surgeries (including partial hysterectomy, appendectomy, ovary removal, etc. all for endo). I have been experiencing a lot of shoulder blade pain the last few years...I have not injured myself but if flares up like a burning sensation usually around ovulation and period time. New here but sadly not to endometriosis. Obviously I live with the burden of this disease running my life and marriage so after a year of being told I need a hysterectomy I have scheduled it. How long were you on meds before your doctor decided to do a laparoscopy? My gyn wants to put me on orlissa or bc for 6months to a year before doing a laparoscopy? Do you find that to be typical?
