I think Lestrozle is a different version more or less but same idea as Arimidex. It's been incredible, but because I combine it with acupuncture, I don't know what's responsible for how much of helping with the pain.

As @A MyEndometriosisTeam Member has said, I've been on Letrozole for four days now and so far the joint pain is kicking my butt. NSAIDs and Tylenol are not helping what so ever. Crossing fingers the pain subsides..
