Hi to all the women out there. So as read on my profile, I have been diagnosed with endomitriosis since last year August. I am going in for operation again on the 1st of September in Pretoria by Dr. Aubri de bruin. I just want to find out by previous women who have had surgeries, was it a success and how long after… read more
I conceived 10 months after my lap surgery through IVF. If you don't get pregnant naturally go to IVF. The more time you wait, the more the endo is growing. I wish I tried another round of IVF after my son was 1 but I waited, and now IVF won't work.
Praying for your safe recovery and a successful pregnancy ☺️
Thank you Jennifer! I hope all goes well with you as well!
I went to the ER for abdominal pain (I had no idea I had endometriosis). The doctor wanted to do surgery that night because they found a softball sized tumor on one of my ovaries. Long story short when he removed the tumor he said everything else looked great. Fast forward 2 years later and birth control during that period I had to get laparoscopy done because it spread everywhere. I have absolutely no idea if I will ever be able to have children.... I hope everything works out for you. I am simply dating right now and I want to be married before I get pregnant so I may never have the chance to find out. I will keep you in my prayers.
