Do any of you ladies take vitamins? If so what do you all take?

It depends on what medications you are on for Endo and other problems. If you cannot tolerate gluten, you will need to take extra vitamins. However, this is something that should also be discussed with one of your doctors.
My body thinks gluten is toxic. I was on Depo Provera for too long. B complex, D, fish oil, multi vitamin, Biotin, Calcium. Occasionally extra probiotics other than what I can get in in yogurt.

I just started taking the vita fusion Powe C for immune support. They're Gummies (the vitamin pills make me sick to my stomach) and so far I've noticed some improvement. I get sick easily (I catch the cold and viruses fairly easier. Last month I had gotten sick 4 times within 6 weeks it was awful!) Since I started taking the vitamins I haven't gotten sick again.

I take a normal once a day vitamin, a energy booster (b complex) and a vitamin c.

Multivitamin and my Dr. just told me to start taking Magnesium. We'll see how that goes but it can't hurt.
