Has anyone had an UPLIFT done for a retroverted/tilted uterus? I'm having it next month and would like to hear from ladies who have had a reduction in pain, bleeding, etc.

How did the uplift surgery go? My doctor suspects I have endo and says my uterus is extremely tilted and wants to lift it when he goes in to check /remove endo. I am trying to research this lift procedure to find out if there are any long term effects, etc. The doc said the backwards uterus can cause endo by making it easier for the lining cells to back up into your tubes, etc. I did not even know my uterus was backwards until last week! I am TTC so am ultimately doing all of this to help with getting pregnant... As well as address pain and all.

I needed to have it done because my uterus was dropping. It stopped my pain for about 3 months and now im back again to the start.
