I'm just curious. I was with one doctor for years who I saw every 3-6 months. It sometimes was more than that because I would go in whenever I had a flare up. Since then I've seen two more doctors. One said he will see me in 3 months, but I'm not sure what the follow-up will be like after that. The other one didn't tell me to come back. I think she just doesn't know what to do with me.

However often feels best to you. I've had doctors offices where they knew my name without me needing to give it to them. Oh and if you're going without pills I would recommend physical therapy if that's an alternative for you...

Do you see a Reproductive Endocrinologist or a general OB/GYN? When I was younger I saw my RE every 4 months. I am now 45 and see my regular OB/GYN at least annually. However, she and her nurse practioner specialize in endo and will see me as necessary. Wishing you all the best!
