I had surgery 4 years ago and was on some sort of pill since then, but had to go off of everything in November. Now my periods are relatively pain-free! It's really kind of weird! However, now it seems like I have more pain at random times. My period ended this week, and today I'm having more pain. The days that I have pain are very random. Why would normal days be so much worse than days when I have my period? Does this still sound like endo?

I have very little pain on my period but mine peaks around ovulation. Do you find it changes month to month? This month its more like my whole trunk is being stretched from the inside and hardly any stabbing pains. I also have pcos so it's taken ages to link it to one part of the cycle

I find that my pain flares up leading up to my period. My doctor basically said at any point in your cycle there is activity that can cause pain, depending on the person ect. Describing your uterus being on fire makes me think it has to do with endo, because that's exactly how I explain my pain haha. Most people don't really know what to say or what I mean, it's funny we all use similar descriptions. I don't actually have a period, because of my mirena, but like I said my bad days are right before I would have it.

I have just as much if not more pain when I'm ovulating than when I'm on my period.

I've mostly had a lot of burning and nausea. I feel like my uterus is on fire! I also have issues with my right ovary, but that seems to be somewhat better since starting pelvic floor physical therapy. My first period not on bc was bad, but they actually got better after that. They are heavier, but not painful.

I've had the bleeding with exercise in the past. It always turned out to be a uterine polyp. :(

@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member I had surgery almost 3 years ago and was put on BC (nuvaring and then the pill right away) i stopped taking it two weeks ago and still havent experienced my first period without BC (fingers crossed it wont be bad). My last two weeks have felt miserable though. Nausea all day...my left ovarie just throbs-something I hadn't felt in a while..after the gym i just start bleeding. What pains are you experiencing?
