Excision with vaporization is different than excision from coagulation. However, nothing is 100% or else we'd have a cure! I'm sorry if you had vaporization and it didn't work. This disease is no fun!
I guess everyone is different because I did those excision surgeries before and the pain would always come back at full force anywhere from 3-6 months after surgery. Then I tried the Lupron shot which didn't even work for me at all pain wise and I didn't thankfully get any side effects. So every woman is different it all just depends on what you want to go through but I agree to do the excision laparoscopic surgery first before considering the Lupron shot. I hope it works for you, as nothing is working for me 😢 Best of luck
I've seen far more with little relief and massive side effects. It's also very expensive. For me after insurance paid it's part it would have cost the same amt of $ to use lupron as it would to see one of the best specialists in the world. I choose the latter and Dr. Sinervo did wide excision and I've never felt better and spared myself the possible side effects of lupron.
I have had 6 Lupron shots. It relieved my pain nearly 100%. I do get hot flashes and in general feel hotter (especially at night). I had one migraine headache but that was the worst of it.
Living pain free has changed my life for the better! I've noticed towards the time I get my next shot I get a few cramps each day but it is NOTHING compared to the constant pain I was in before.
Will do for sure
