Diet! Go vegan- cut out eggs, dairy, meat and gluten.

It honestly helps Sooo much, you start to feel better after the first week.

I'm trying acupuncture this week and I went to a herbalist- she gave me valerian and cramp bark and black haw liquid - it's amazing.

I had to give up naproxen and codeine and all the rest because they were making me worse and not particularily touching the pain!

Only thing that has ever helped with my endometriosis is Visanne. Not sure if that is something that is available to you, other than that, I never got much relief from the pain unfortunately. Heating pads were my go to. Hope you feel better

I've tried all of that usually heat and pain relief would help but lately nothing seems to be helping the pain and I'm getting less than two hours sleep each day X
