With me walking for some time in a mall leaves me with tremendous pain , even standing for a long time when i'm busy in the kitchen cooking up a storm, yes this condition is tough but we take each day as it comes.

I get Tremendous leg pain and psoas pain when I exercise. I can’t even walk 3 blocks without a flare up. Even after proper excision of endo, a hysterectomy for the adenomyosis and 2 times a week of pelvic physical therapy and still no improvement. I’m starting to wonder if there is something else going on that the doctors are missing.

YES!!! I end up having a flare up. Even if I walk a few miles at once it can impact it.

I have stage 4 endo and all my insides were glued and was in daily pain but it was very rare I missed a workout. Some days it would be impossible but on days where I just felt generally groggy I found it could help my pain and definitely help my mood. Feels like more of an achievement knowing you're managing the same as everyone else in a gym class with everything you've got going on inside 😊

Yes more exercises cause way more pain. Cause a ton of fatigue too and extra heart racing
