Endometriosis stage 1 pain all month normal?

Is ovulation pain and menstrual pain and little bit of pain throughout the month normal for stage 1

Stage doesn't dictate pain levels. Some people have stage 4 with little pain and vice versa. So yes stage 1 could cause that much pain

Yes you can have pain any time during the month, it's just more common for it to be focus around your period.
