I am going to see a specialist in two weeks :)
The fact that doc didn't even want to go in and look bothers me, I agree on 2nd opinion for sure.
Thank you :) i have tried that with an endo diet (no gluten, sugar, caffeine or alcohol) bt unfortunately its my stress levels that shoot my oestrogen up again :/
Possibly try to control your hormones naturally? From what I've read endo is mostly based on estrogen, so I focus on trying to control the estrogen in my body. So no make-up or lotions as many have estrogen affectors, no milk unless organic as they introduce extra estrogen into the cows for higher production which increases in the milk, no soy as soy naturally raises estrogen in our body's. Just something to consider.
is doc a specialist in high profile womans illnesses ? If not i personally would get a second oppion . your living in pain not her.
