I also have DIE and experience breast pain. I had a lumpectomy in 2018 that ended up being a fibroid. I've developed another large lump and went to the doctor again to make sure it wasn't something concerning. He said that the high level of estrogen was likely causing these fibroids to continue to develop. I am just now 6-weeks post-op from having my ovaries removed...the lump is still there but I have not had as much breast pain. I know ovary removal isn't an option for everyone, but I do believe that there is a connection between endo and breast pain...most likely hormone related. I hope you find relief from your pain soon.
