Well I can tell you that coffee is not a good thing. Find a natural stimulant such as protein. I love avacado or peanuts, peanut butter, spinach, or you can try one of the natural energy drinks they have now. Let me know if this helps. During painful period times, i know that Midol or those type of pain meds for periods have higher doses of caffeine in them and they give you the boost you might need.
