Here is a great article I just found. I have been trying so hard to put some pieces of this endo puzzle together. I know I have an under acting thyroid but of course my TSH levels are fine so nothing has ever been done. I believe that the thyroid is huge a piece to this endo puzzle because of how it regulates hormones (estrogen). I think if I can get my thyroid working how it should work my body wouldn't be so estrogen dominant and could help with the endo. Here is the article if you would like… read more

Yes I have chronic hypo adrenals. I think being in pain from the endometriosis every month for the last 22 years has definitely contributed to wearing them down. I have been drinking a adrenal building tea to help 🌝

I'm in process of being tested currently in my adrenals - i know I have major autoimmune issues already with the simple fact of just recently losing my whole thyroid!! Im here if anyone wants to talk...
