If you mean the back of my vagina, not me personally; but, in other groups I've heard women describe that pain and have heard it called Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. Maybe look into that? I think there are some therapies for it.

Yes!!! I'm diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction (on top of having endo) and pfd causes a lot of pain, but didn't realize this was related to it. I am doing physical therapy and am trying to find the right meds to manage the pain. Thank you so much.
