Hello ladies,

I'm going in for laparoscopic surgery next week for 1 ovary removal. I'm hoping to be home latest the next day.

Was wondering what advice you might have for recovery. Hints and tips.

Many thanks xx

Peppermint tea for the gas they pump you with. Rest up but also go for small walks even if it's just up the road and don't leave until they give you pain relief for recovery. Hope it goes well ๐Ÿ’›

Best of luck to you!!! I don't have any in hospital tips, but i do know that really getting up and moving when you CAN will make a huge difference. Maybe physical therapy? I walk a lot and it helps break up my scar tissue.
