I'm not particularly nauseous all of the time. I just have no sense of hunger. I feel full and when i do eat it makes me feel even more full and sometimes nauseous. This has been going on a week now. Has anyone dealt with this and how did you remedy it?

Yes! Ever since my symptoms started almost 10 years ago I've had very little appetite . I would feel very hungry but then I could eat three almonds and be full. Or if I'd actually try to eat a meal I would get stupid full with a few bites. Then I'd be bloated the rest of the day.

Yea, I make myself eat because nutrition is definitely important. It could be medications im on, but thanks for sharing!

I deal with this a lot because of a medication I taker for a different condition, but it's happened to me prior to the medicine as well. As a rule of thumb, I try to make sure I eat every 5 hours or so because it's so important to how I feel overall. It doesn't have to be a big meal, but maybe a little soup, a banana, or something else tummy-friendly. Of course if this is new for you and it persists, probably a good idea to check in with your doctor.
