I get really bad bloating to the point where I look like I'm 5 months pregnant, and I'm in no way exaggerating. It's so painful the only thing that helps is taking a hot bath but that doesn't take away the bloating and I can't stay in a bath forever. Help anyone?

Turmeric is good for inflammation. you may also try a taking some naproxen sodium. It is the generic for aleeve. i dont know why but it seems to help me more than just ibuprofen. On really bad days i do ibuprofen and naproxen. I hope you find some relief hun.

I just recently started having the severe bloating. It's rough, I feel swollen all over, not just my belly. Hot baths are my only relief and continuous ibuprofen which I feel like it never helps. I hope you find some relief. I also have yet to find something that takes away the pain and bloating. There is a natural vitamin for inflammation called turmeric. I'm gonna start taking it to see if it helps. You should too. Can't hurt.

I am the same way. it is awful. Hot bath, rest. I have yet to find a "cure" or anything that greatly helps . Good luck sister. Keep your head up

I second the naproxen suggestion. It's the only otc that seems to help me at all.

Heating pad for days! And hot baths. I usually put a combo of Epsom salts in too
