Has anyone used ultralieve for pain relief?

Today when I was browsing in the chemist I saw a new device in with the TENs units called Ultralieve:

Apparently it's Ultrasound therapy.
Online reports seem good from women with fibromyalgia but I was wondering if anyone with Endo has tried? Especially since the machine is 200 dollars and there isn't a rental option.

Any advice on ultrasound therapy or this device specifically most welcome ☺
