Peppermint tea or peppermint water works wonders for nausea and upset tummy

Yes i struggle with this alot. I have prescriprion anti nausea meds. Also ive read jolly ranchers can help, i tried it and sometimes it works. Benedryl is also an anti nausea med. Probiotics daily can help
