Hard lump next to belly button after laparoscopy

Hi i had my lap on 20th Dec not took it that easy noticed all belly button swellimg seems to be going down except hard lump size 50p to side of belly button any ideas what could be. Worried it could be hernia or something any answers appreciated xx
