Holy groin pain!! I had this duringnpregnancy but now im thinking its endo related. I read it could be endo on your round ligament. Has anyone heard of this?
Yes my surgeon removed it all. It was about a 3 hour surgery, my insides were a mess. I believe my uteralsacral ligaments was the only spot the endo was DIE. I was back to work after 2 weeks but I needed a lot of help during recovery. I have been worrying about how the surgery will affect my pregnancy in terms of pain as my uterus grows and stretches all these ligaments and the scar tissue. I had some pain at the very beginning but have been relatively pain free the past couple of months. Today however I went for a hike and felt what I believe is round ligament pain afterwards, I had to rest for a while, walking was painful. I know this is normal pregnancy pain though that all women get so I doubt it’s related to my surgery or any new endo growths.
@Sarah87 did they remove it off your ligaments? If so that surgery mist have been so freaking painful
I had deep infiltrating endo on my uterosacral ligaments. So I believe it’s entirely possible it could be on your round ligaments. It could be on any ligament really and any surface inside your pelvis. But without surgery there’s no way to say for sure where exactly it is located. But pain generally = endo when it comes to us ladies.
No I have not heard of this but I believe it to be very REAL! When I ovulate my groin feels like its ripping apart or tearing.
Soft hugs fellow fighter! I wish you peace.
Warmly,
Tricia
