My doctor recommended gluten and dairy free? She also said if you eat crappy it is I'll grow back, does everyone eat this way?

Paleo AIP with Pinterest as my best friend. I have been more regular and less bloated. I don’t have to make sure I’m near a restroom and my recurrent UTI symptoms have abated. Any diet change is difficult so do some research on the best way to start the specific diet you choose as well as the pitfalls you could easily fall into. Also... it’s a diet which isn’t supposed to just be a temporary thing but a life choice. So if you need to change the terms you use to be a bit different then go for it so you can stick with whatever you choose. Good luck!

I really think changing your eating habits helps a lot. I get extremely bloated (to the point were its painful) and watching what I eat daily and doing at least some exercise helps with the pain and discomfort, at least for me. And if you have problems with going to the bathroom, it helps too. I don't eat red meat, I try to stay away from dairy, fried food, salty stuff, I eat lots of greens and I drink water all the time. I try to eat food that are anti- inflammatory. I wish I could tell you that I'll make you feel 100% better and new because it doesn't, but believe me it makes a difference even if its just a little.

Gluten, dairy and soy free was the only thing that saved me for a while.

I did do an estrogen cleanse 4-5 years ago with my then training/nutrionist. He was so informative. The cleanse was incredible.

Estrogen is in EVERYTHING. Plastics (water bottles), receipts! So many foods. I read it was in the tea the other day. I try not to be a conspiracy theorist but it does make me wonder estrogen is is everywhere in the products or our day to day living...

Im going to contact my trainer for the details on the cleanse again. They were very specifics supplements with. Protein powder from... it may have been metagenics? If you’d like info, I’ll let you know :)
