One ovary and cyst removed 2 years a go . I take 15mg only provera which is progesterone. Yours is very low dose and you have estradiol as well . I have pain still 24/7

I take estradiol 0.5 & provera 2.5. together. One is suppose to counteract the other. I've taken it for almost 40 years & I did try to go off it twice & when I did, the pain was horrible. I definitely think it helps. It has helped me from being unfunctionable to being able to do things. Everybody is different though. Have you had a hysterectomy? I started taking these meds right after my hysterectomy in 1978.
